Chef Simon Purvis from the Four Seasons Hotel Denver shows us some perfect tailgating foods.

 

Freshly Grilled:

Elk & Cheddar Brat

Smoked Buffalo Brat

Wild Boar Brat

 

Grainy Mustard

 

Slaw (Presenter to help mix)

2 Cups Jicama Peeled and Sliced

2 Cups Green Cabbage

½ Cup Red Endive Sliced

¼ Cup Red Radish Sliced

½ Cup Red Onion

½ Cup Cleaned and Picked Cilantro

¾ Cup of Mayonnaise

¼ Cup Sherry Vinegar

2 Tablespoons Honey

Kosher Salt

Fresh Black Pepper

 

Serving Suggestion:

Large Square Black Slate

Sausages will be grilled, placed on the slaw, Grainy Mustard Splash, Dusted with EDGE Rub
