Walgreens, AARP team up to offer free health tests

DENVER — Starting Tuesday, you can get some free health tests that normally cost about $100.

Walgreens and the AARP are providing the tests, which measure cholesterol levels, blood pressure and other key indicators of your overall health.

Just stop by the Aurora Center for Active Adults at 30 Del Mar Circle. Tests will also be provided around the metro area until Aug. 27. Here are the locations:

Aug. 19: Aurora Center for Active Adults (30 Del Mar Circle, Aurora), 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Aug. 20: Windsor Gardens (595 S. Clinton St., Denver), 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Aug. 21: Walgreens (4401 Wadsworth Blvd., Wheat Ridge), noon to 6 p.m.

Aug. 22: Clinica Tepevac (5075 Lincoln St., Denver), noon to 6 p.m.

Aug. 24: Walgreens (5190 W. 120th Ave., Broomfield), 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Aug. 27: Walgreens (24250 E. Smoky Hill Road, Aurora), 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
