FORT COLLINS, Colo. — Colorado State University Athletic Director Jack Graham was fired Friday.

CSU President Tony Frank says differing views were behind the firing.

Graham, a former rams quarterback, has been athletic director since 2011.

He hired current football coach Jim McElwain and current basketball coaches Larry Eustachy and Ryun Williams. Graham was also behind the push for a new stadium on the Fort Collins campus.

Deputy Athletic Director John Morris will take over in the interim.
