ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. — A probation officer in Adams County was arrested in Nebraska over the weekend, officials said Friday.

Shauna Sanders, 45, was arrested on suspicion of possession with the intent to deliver cocaine and crack cocaine, among other charges.

According to a criminal complaint filed this week in Keith County, investigators think Sanders also had Ecstasy as well.

Saunders was placed on leave this week. She has about two-and-a-half weeks of vacation time, which she is entitled to use and then she will be placed on leave without pay, a spokesperson said.

Sanders was hired by the Adams County Probation Office in 1998 and became a probation supervisor in 2011.

We need to keep her from getting her government pension. If she is entitled to say 80% of her salary that would be horrible. She could be pulling in at least 75 grand a year. We need to stop her pension.

Yeah, why should she get something she has earned, dummy. She gets what she earned but they fire her and hold her firmly accountable on all PCS charges. You can’t just make up laws and rule as you go along.

I know this crack head and her crack head trash boyfriend. They are absolutely disgusting and she had her house in Green Valley Ranch foreclosed on. She has two little girls that have seen and heard horrible things. It is great to see someone finally get a little of what they deserve.
