A mom who lost her baby daughter when she was just six months old is on a mission to help other parents of premature babies.

Deneen Bryan is the founder of Capturing Hopes Photography, the Daily Mail reported. They take free photos for families who have preemies.

One of the babies she photographed, Walker Pruett, weighed just 1 pound, 3 ounces when he was born. Capturing Hopes created a time-lapse video of his first 100 days.

I was also a premie mom – 26-weeker – he spend 56 days in the NICU @ Presbyterian St. Lukes in Colorado. Dr. Ross, Dr. Gray and the most wonderful nurses I have ever seen are responsible for my son’s life. He is now a very orny healthy 6-year old. We like to tell my son that he wasn’t premature, he was just hungry:) as he now eats me out of house and home and I am grateful every single day for that

My son was four pounds four ounces, twenty seven weeks gestation when he was born. His head was no larger than an orange. That was twenty four years ago. Now he is a corpsman in the Navy!
