ATLANTIC CITY, NJ — Police were searching for two masked suspects who robbed the Caesar’s Atlantic City.

The suspects made off with $180,000 during the robbery at gunpoint Monday morning.

The Press of Atlantic City says the suspects fled in a car with two plastic cash boxes.

They’re investigating if it was an inside job because they say the robbers knew where to go and what to take.

The New Jersey State Police Casino Gaming Bureau is in charge of the investigation, which indicates the crime did indeed happen in the casino rather than the hotel.
