Fire crews respond to large house fire in Denver

DENVER — A large fire burned at a Denver home Tuesday evening.

Denver Fire spokesman Mark Watson said the department received a call at about 9:50 p.m. regarding a house fire at 14660 E. 43rd Ave.

Watson said all of the occupants got out and no one was injured.

The bulk of the fire was in the garage.

By 10:30 p.m., crews had extinguished the fire and remained on scene to check for hot spots, Watson said.
