DENVER -- A lawsuit was filed Tuesday by six Colorado couples in U.S. District Court seeking to overturn the state's ban on same-sex marriage.
The couples -- Catherine Bruns and Sheila Schroeder; Mark Thrun and Geoffrey Bateman; Rachel Catt and Cassie Rubald; Breanna Alexander and Stacy Parrish; Angela Cranmore and Julianne Deloy; and Karen Collier and Denise Lord -- filed the lawsuit saying the ban is discriminatory.
