P90X3…shorter workouts!

“Less is more” appears to be the new trend in fitness and trainer Tony Horton is keeping up with the times. P90X3 provides sixteen 30-minute workouts. They include cardio, power, yoga, pilates and sculpting workouts. Science shows people achieve most of their results during the first 30 minutes of a sweat session.
