Sea salt is a popular choice when it comes to adding flavor, but health experts say not getting enough regular salt can affect your health.

    Read the headline….almost implying you need to add a little salt now and then…..while the next headline tells us there is way to much sugar and salt in our foods….you can’t trust anything these news idiots print.
