RICHMOND HILL, Ga. -- It’s a mother’s touching tribute to her son, who died five years ago in Afghanistan.

Lisa Freeman’s son Matthew was serving in the U.S. Marines Corps and was only in Afghanistan for nine days when he was killed.

To remember her son and other fallen heroes, the Georgia woman turns their uniforms into treasured keepsakes in the form of teddy bears.

I’ve been doing this for loved ones that have passed also. They are wonderful keepsakes.

Marines are called Marines. Individuals in the Army are called Soldiers. It might seem like it’s not that big of a deal but all of us military people are brothers and sisters and don’t like to be called by our siblings name.

My son serves our country. We are very great full for everyone. I would love to have a bear made for his little girl since she hasn’t seen him in years. He is stationed over seas. That make it hard for his visitation. I pray everyday for the safe return of all. God bless all men and women of our arm forces.

Hey! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any problems with hackers?
My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing months of hard work due to no back up.
Do you have any methods to stop hackers?
