I hope every Gestapo thug involved goes to jail. The lack of media coverage of this event shows that our watchdogs will not bark. Can the courts find a copy of the fourth amendment? The charges against the bank robber were dropped – the evidence was collected in an illegal search.

The police chief’s statement says it all, “they did the best they could under the circumstances.” Oh, so you can throw the constitution out of the window whenever it suits your circumstances? So, if you don’t like what a group is saying, can you then mace them because it suits your circumstances? This mimics after the Boston bombing when police searched house by house, clearly violating the 4th amendment. The police in this country have decided that they are above the law, they need to be brought back to reality.
