When can teens hang out with the opposite sex — alone?

It's something that definitely comes up.  Are you a bad parent if you allow your teen to hang out alone with the opposite sex? Is it a recipe for disaster, or should you trust them?

We decided to ask you on Facebook. And we've brought in our expert, Dr. Larry Curry, child and family therapist and Metro State professor to get his take.

    I work with teens every day and I KNOW this one!

    From what I see, I’d say when they are about in their late 60’s!

    This is a rhetorical question, right?
