ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — A man impersonating a police officer was arrested by Englewood Police last week.

Officers responded to a call in the 3200 block of South Broadway at 4:15 p.m. Friday of a man who was impersonating a cop.

A 36-year-old man identified himself as a police officer to the arriving officers. He had a badge “in a manner to intimidate several victims in the area,” Englewood Police said.

The man, who was not identified, was arrested and booked into the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Detention Facility on felony charges of impersonating a police officer.

Why on earth would they allow a movie that glorifies impersonating police to be made. (Let’s be cops) does just that, get reddy cause we are going to see a lot more impersonators out there.
