3 men face felony charges, accused of selling illegal pot edibles

DENVER -- Even though the sale of limited amounts of marijuana for recreational use is legal in Colorado, smoking it in public is not.

Denver Police issued 130 citations during the 420 weekend rally, most of them for public consumption.

But three men are facing more serious charges Monday after they allegedly tried to sell homemade, illegal edible marijuana product to an undercover officer.
