ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. — Deputies in Adams County are looking for a man wanted on arson charges in connection with a massive condominium fire earlier this week.

Martin Castruita Espinoza, 20, is wanted on numerous charges including attempted first-degree murder, first-degree arsona and aggravated cruelty to animals, said Sgt. Paul Gregory of the Adams County Sheriff’s Office.

Gregory said Martin frequents the area of Washington Street and 88th Avenue.

He is 5-feet-5, 135 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes, Gregory said.

Martin was last seen near the condominium at 88th Avenue and Corona Street on the morning of the fire, Gregory said.

The fire destroyed one building at the Corona Village Condominiums, which had 12 units inside, firefighters said. It spread and destroyed an adjacent building that also had 12 units in it. Twenty-four families were left homeless.

Ann Pirie, ‘small-man-syndrome’…do you judge everybody by their physical appearance? If that’s how you think, you have a lot to learn. You come off as a real C-U-Next-Tuesday when you make a comment like that.

Behavior is what draws my attention realizing that a person and their behavior are not the same thing. Persons having a problem, a problem I said, being small oftentimes act out big.

John Matthews . . . people’s self-image has a lot to do with their behavior. In this case, I feel his lack of importance to himself is contingent on his stature. Thanks for the critique. Why would that bother you. Of course, it isn’t everyone who suffers from this, but just saying, it can make a difference.
