TORONTO, Canada — While residents of Toronto hunkered down during a massive snowstorm Wednesday, one resident was beside himself with joy.

Da Mao, one of two giant pandas on loan to the zoo from China was caught on security cameras rolling around in the snow and seeming to have a good time.

At one point the panda climbs onto a giant rock, slides down and tumbles head first into some fresh powder. He sits still for a moment, and then throws his paws over his head and rolls down another snowy hill.

According to the Toronto Star, pandas do see snow in their natural habitat, but Toronto gets much more of it than would be normal.

Da Mao has adopted well to the cooler climate and even seems to enjoy snow days.
