DENVER -- It has become common in Colorado -- parents giving their children medical marijuana to help treat severe medical problems.

Families have even moved to Colorado from across the country specifically to get medical marijuana treatment for their children.

And now a mother in Maryland is fighting to give her 3-year-old twins cannabis.

"They're getting feeding tubes because seizures have robbed them of the ability to eat," says Shannon Moore.

She wants to use medical marijuana to help calm the seizures, since other medications have not had the right impact.

Now she's fighting to try to get medical marijuana legalized in her home state of Maryland.
