DENVER -- Scoring Super Bowl tickets takes some serious luck.

One Colorado family thought they hit the jackpot when they were notified that they had won a chance to go to the big game.

When they went to the ticket office at Mile High, they got an unfortunate surprise. The issue is that their season tickets are in the name of a family member who passed away.
