BOULDER, Colo. — Police arrested a man Tuesday they believe may have committed a dozen robberies in Boulder County, the Boulder Police Department reported.

Alishan Yapoujian, 25, was arrested on an aggravated robbery charge at his Arapahoe Avenue home in Boulder.

Police tracked down the getaway driver of a black Chevrolet Blazer used in a pair of gas station robberies on Dec. 29, and that driver led them to Yapoujian, BPD said. Yapoujian is accused of 10 robberies in the city of Boulder and two robberies elsewhere in the county, BPD said.

More arrests could be made in the robberies, police said. Anyone with information was asked to call 303-441-4329.
