Robbers pepper spray occupants of Verizon store, flee with phones

LITTLETON, Colo. — A pair of men robbed a Verizon cell phone store Sunday evening, pepper spraying the occupants and fleeing with merchandise, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported.

The men, described as small Hispanic males in their 20s, escaped from the store at 8430 W. Cross Drive with iPhones, police said.

All victims were treated and released at the scene. No arrests have been made.
