FORT COLLINS, Colo. — Firefighters battled a fire at the Signs Now building in Fort Collins early Thursday morning.

The first reports of the fire started around 4:45 a.m. at the building on Riverside Avenue, said Poudre Fire Authority spokesman Patrick Love.

Firefighters worked the fire from the outside, using ladders from above the building. About 30 firefighters from six engines responded, said Love.

It’s estimated that the fire caused about $1 million in damage.

No injuries have been reported.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
