Parents reunite with students at Arapahoe High School on Friday.

CENTENNIAL, Colo. — Law enforcement released the crime scene at Arapahoe High School back to school officials at 6 a.m. Monday morning, but no classes will be held there until 2014.

In a letter to parents, Principal Natalie Pramenko announced the school would remain closed through winter break and into next year.

The decision came three days after an angry student came to school with a shotgun and critically wounded one classmate.

Staff will be allowed back inside the school on Wednesday, while students will be able to return on a staggered schedule to retrieve anything they may have left behind, the Denver Post reported.

Students will be able to recover their items on the following schedule, the school announced:

Thursday, Dec. 19:

Seniors Class of 2014 – 8-10 a.m.
Juniors Class of 2015 – 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

Friday, Dec. 20:

Sophomores Class of 2016 – 8-10:00 a.m.
Freshmen Class of 2017 – 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.

That kid had some really bizarre liberal views of the world; he was a Stalinist in the making. Kim Il Junk would have been really proud of him.
I am so glad that killer chose to save us all a lot of money and grief.

I would really like it if one of the “smart people” would tell me just exactly which gun law would have prevented this from happening.

It seems like everytime one of the robots goes haywire, the powers that be want to take more rights away from those of us who haven’t gone haywire.

I dont think we need strickter gun laws. What is wrong with this kids why are they acting out like this? I personally dont have guns in my house that is my choice. Why should the people who wre responsible gun owners have that right taken away? People we need to look at the issues in the house be nosey with the kids, dont be scared to punish them. Take action in the home!

…….anna c: you nailed a good part of the proble. Great assessment.
The increased gun laws, which politicians are now paying for, have and will NEVER do anything.

Why aren’t authorities cavity searching all students at every entrance and exit? Who knows what they are carrying in and out that’s making them so crazed?? And BTW, what were the political beliefs of the ‘judges’ that gave this gunchild a poor score, and defeated his self-confidence? Furthermore; why do these shootings happen in white suburbia Colorado? Seems like a pattern, as if the cell phone towers are frying their brains with evil thoughts? Random is one thing, but excessive pattern is proof! End the frequencies! Save the children from these radioactive microwaves! If it saves just one life; wouldn’t it be worth it?
