I heard that the second victim at S Federal and W Floyd, was supposedly really drunk and was stumbling across the street. My friend knows the victim and his family and allegedly he’s a severe alcoholic that will get blind drunk and walk around town stumbling all over the place. I feel bad for his family and the driver should’ve never left the scene.
