It's the holidays and that can be a very hectic time. From the shopping to the gifts to all the activties and parties, it's a lot to manage. How do you handle it as a family and with your kids?

A recent poll says eight out of ten americans expect stress this time of year. It's a big deal for a lot of people. So we asked Dr. Larry Curry, our child and family therapist and Metro State professor, to give us his advice!

Here is some advice from someone who is Jewish. Don’t create stress for yourself, or for your children. Remember what your holiday is supposed to commemorate, and keep it simple. Your children, and your bank account, will appreciate it. If you want to give someone you love a really special gift, from you heart, bake them some cookies.
