DENVER — Police issued a crime alert Wednesday for two suspects wanted in at least eight burglaries between late September and early November.

Police say most of the burglaries happened at restaurants.

“They arrive in an older model Jeep Cherokee and a passenger exits the vehicle and searches for a large rock or other object,” according to the alert.

The suspect uses the object to smash the front windows of the business to get inside.

Police say there is surveillance video of a suspect going straight to the cash registers and taking the whole machine or just the cash tray.

The suspect then leaves the business, gets into the Jeep, and the vehicle leaves the scene.

Anyone with information can remain anonymous and call Crime Stoppers 720-913-STOP (7867). There is a reward of up to $2,000 for information that helps police solve this crime.
