DENVER — The Denver District Attorney announced charges Wednesday afternoon for a woman who set a car on fire outside the Webb Municipal Building last week.

Anastasia Gordeeva faces a charge of second-degree arson, said spokeswoman Lynn Kimbrough.

Kimbrough said Gordeeva drove the rental car onto the courtyard next to the Webb building and set it on fire by igniting a blanket in the back seat.

The Webb building is home to several city services including the District Attorney’s Office.
