FORT COLLINS, Colo. — A 60-year-old woman was arrested Tuesday on charges that she ran an illegal brothel out of a Fort Collins massage parlor, police said.

Chong Hui Sullivan was arrested after an investigation of FCT Massage allegedly found that employees performed sex acts, lived and ate their meals on the premises before the parlor was shut down in a springtime raid, according to police. Sullivan faces charges of pandering, pimping and keeping a place of prostitution.

Fu Zhen Huang, 51, and Song Qing Yu, 52, were previously arrested on similar charges, the Coloradoan reported.

The massage parlor opened in 2009 and began attracting police attention in 2011. One male customer told police he was sexually assaulted after a masseuse at the business allegedly touched his genitals. Things escalated in 2012 after a woman called police, claiming that her boyfriend had paid for “manual stimulation” at the parlor.

During the raid on the facility, police found large amounts of cash and condoms, as well as indications that employees were living in the building, the Coloradoan reported.
