Federal teams inspect, offer advice about fixing water lines & other systems

BOULDER COUNTY, Colo. -- Federal teams are fanning out in Boulder County and other declared disaster areas to inspect critical infrastructure such as water lines.

These experts from FEMA, the Army Corps of Engineers and the Environmental Protection Agency are advising local governments how best to repair some of the critical systems in their communities.
