WASHINGTON – Vice President Joe Biden will arrive in Colorado on Monday to view damage from recent flooding and survey recovery efforts, his office confirmed.

Few specifics of the visit were released. At some point in the afternoon, Biden will join Gov. John Hickenlooper and FEMA Administrator Craig Fugate for a speech in Greeley.

The visit comes as Coloradans are still struggling to grasp the extent of damage wrought by fatal record flooding.
