BOULDER -- City inspectors are planning to review flood impacted properties on Monday, according to officials.

They will be checking the exterior of flood damaged properties from the most impacted places, then label them one of three colors using a placard.

Green means safe to occupy.

Red means unsafe (but is not an order for demolition).

Yellow represents good for limited use -- That could signal issues including problems with gas lines, the electrical system or the structure of building.

If your property was affected by the September 2013 flood, but is not located in one of the most impacted areas, you may call (303) 441-1880 to request an assessment.
