STERLING, Colo. -- Flood waters from the Front Range are bringing high water and damage to Colorado's northeastern plains Monday.

The South Platte River is flowing way out of its banks and flooding communities like Sterling.

The National Weather Service warned people in Julesburg to expect record setting flood levels.
