DENVER — General Mills announced a voluntary recall for Pillsbury Cinnamon rolls sold in Colorado Monday.

The recall was prompted because the dough may contain fragments from a broken piece of plastic on the production line, said Susan Parachini of the State Health Department.

The products affected include: Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls with Icing with better if used dates of Oct. 30 and Oct. 31; and Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls with Icing 2-pack with best by dates of Oct. 18, 26 and 31.

The rolls were sold at King Soopers and City Market stores in Colorado.

Pillsbury Flaky Cinnamon Rolls and Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls are not included in this recall, Parachini said.
