DENVER — Denver Broncos Pro Bowl cornerback Champ Bailey’s sprained foot will keep him from playing in the season opener against Baltimore Thursday.

The team announced Wednesday Bailey would be out along with tight end Joel Dreessen (knee) and running back C.J. Anderson (knee). Guard Chris Kuper has had limited participation at practice this week because of his injured ankle and he’s listed as doubtful for Thursday’s game.

Bailey hasn’t practiced since hurting his left foot in the preseason game against Seattle August 17.

Chris HarrisĀ  and Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie will be the starting cornerbacks against the Ravens.

Going to the game? Here are the best ways–other than driving–to get there
