A warning for pet owners this morning: Several varieties of Iams dry dog and cat foods have been recalled.

Procter and Gamble issued the voluntary recall because the food may be contaminated with salmonella.

The recalled products all have expiration dates during November 2014, and include some “healthy naturals” and “proactive” varieties for both cats and dogs.
