Man charged with prostitution while knowing he had AIDS

DENVER — A 62-year-old man has been formally charged a man with prostitution while knowing he was infected with AIDS, the Denver District Attorney’s Office announced Monday.

William “Tor” Head was also accused of operating an illegal massage service for the purpose of prostitution. The charges further allege that Head has been advertising an illegal massage service in his residence without a license since 2007.

Head was released from custody on $5,000 bond.
