2014 Colorado Firefighter Calendar to debut soon

DENVER -- Colorado firefighters will heat up Mile High Station next week to unveil the 2014 Colorado Firefighter Calendar.

At West Metro Fire Station 5 in Golden,

Money from the calendar goes to the Children's Hospital Burn Center as well as a mountain camp for children who have suffered a serious burn.

The calendar will be released on Aug. 16 and there will be a debut party at Mile High Station. Tickets are available online.

The 15 winners of the Colorado Firefighter Celebrity Judging Event will be revealed and introduced during the runway show.

The Colorado Firefighter Calendar started in 2011. Firefighters from around the state volunteer time to raise money, attend events and educate children about fire safety.
