Jennifer Broome takes us on a trail ride in Beaver Creek.

A great way to enjoy the Rockies in summertime is by going on a trail ride.  Beaver Creek is known for its world class skiing, but in summer you can explore the terrain in the saddle with Beaver Creek Stables

The stables are located on Beaver Creek Mountain, just above the Buckaroo Gondola.  They offer 1-hour and 2-hour rides, a 3-hour picnic ride, and a full day Beaver Lake ride.  Ages 7 and older can go on the trail rides.  Children 6 and under can do the pony rides offered twice daily at the stables.  The 2-hour trail ride is $95 a person.
