Colorado GrassFed Montreal Bagel Burger


The perfect marriage of locally baked Small Batch Montreal style Bagels and some of Colorado's best local grassfed beef from Colorful Ranch. And don't forget the Elevation Organic Ketchup, made by Denver's only artisanal ketchup master!



1 lb Colorful Ranch Grassfed ground beef

1/2C organic rolled oats

1 Tblsp Smith & Truslow organic fennel seed

1 Tblsp Smith & Truslow organic paprika

1 tsp sea salt + some to finish with

1 tsp cracked black pepper

2 Tblsp dijon mustard (optional)


Mix all ingredients together by hand until well blended. Form burger patties into 1/4 size



-4 Small Batch Bagels, Montreal Sesame version, sliced & toasted

-1 Schnorr Farms heirloom tomato, sliced into 4 thick slices & brushed with olive oil, sea salt & dash of balsamic vinegar

-1 bottle Elevation Organic ketchup

-12 slices butter pickles (housemade using Circle Fresh Farms baby pickles) or local Trü Bread & Butter Pickles or local The Real Dill Jalapeño Honey Dills

-2 C sweet potato fries


Sear burgers on griddle or grill until medium rare. Sprinkle with finishing salt. Assemble on bagel, topping with sliced tomato, pickles & Elevation ketchup,

Serve with sweet potato fries
