FORT COLLINS, Colo. — A Longmont couple was arrested in Fort Collins, accused of “pimping, pandering and keeping a house of prostitution.”

Song Qing Yu, 51, and Fu Zhen Huang, 52, were arrested and released on bond out of a the Larimer County Jail on Monday.

Police said the couple maintained a residence in Longmont, but owned and operated two massage parlors in Fort Collins, SH Massage at 4032 S. College Ave. and FCT Massage Therapy at 111 W. Prospect Road.

According to The Coloradoan, Fort Collins police began an investigation surrounding the two parlors after receiving complaints from residents about the consistent traffic of men visiting for short periods of time.

“These cases are very difficult to investigate,” Longmont police Cmdr. Jeff Satur told The Coloradoan in regards to raids conducted at the parlors earlier this year. “You’ve got ‘johns’ who don’t want to cooperate, foreigners who are participating, maybe unwillingly.”

While Satur praised the Fort Collins police department for its thorough work, he was unable to speak extensively about the details of the investigation. Fort Collins police referred any inquiries to court documents, which were unavailable as of Tuesday morning.
