DENVER -- Check out this time-lapse video of clouds "bubbling" over the foothills from Wednesday.

Meteorologist Jennifer Broome says this is caused when moisture builds into clouds just west of the Foothills, and strong easterly winds prevent the clouds from raising up. That causes the clouds to appear to bubble and roll.

The video was taken by FOX31 Denver VP of Technology David Harpe.  It was taken from downtown Denver.
