ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Broncos fans got their first look at the 2013 rookie class during the first day of mini-camp Friday.
The weekend mini-camp is mandatory and features 31 players including seven draft picks, 16 college free agents, six first-year players and two tryout invitees.
The mini-camp gives the rookies a chance to get adjusted to life in the NFL.
“They’re excited, they’ve waited their whole life for this,” said coach John Fox.
The mini-camp continues through Sunday.
The rookies will join the veterans for their first organized team activity on May 20th.AlertMe
