Police search for man accused of attacking woman on bus with box cutter

DENVER — Police are looking for a man who they say used a box cutter to attack a woman on an RTD bus Thursday afternoon.

It happened near E. Colfax Ave. and Fillmore St at about 1:45 p.m.

There is a reward worth up to $2,000 for information in this case. He was last seen heading north from Colfax in the alley between Adams and Cook streets. He was armed with a stun gun and red box cutter.

Suspect description:
— Black male, dark complexion
— late 30s to early 50s
— 5’11” to 6’0″
— Skinny build
— Brown eyes
— Black goatee, facial stubble
— Blue hat over red doo-rag
— Blue sleeveless jacket over black jacket, red shirt, blue jeans
— Army surplus-style green shoulder bag
