Boulder, Colo. medical marijuana dispensary robbed

BOULDER, Colo. — Police are looking for one and possibly two suspects who robbed a medical marijuana dispensary Thursday night in Boulder.

Witnesses told police two men walked into the Dandelion Dispensary near Walnut and Ninth streets, sprayed the people inside with bear repellent, and then took off with stolen marijuana.

The suspects are described as white, about six feet tall and wearing masks.

Police say surveillance video only showed one suspect, so they’re wondering if the second suspect stayed outside the dispensary.

One person had to go to the hospital for treatment after getting sprayed with the bear repellent. Three others were treated at the scene and did not require trips to the hospital.

It took officers awhile to get inside the facility because of the strength of the lingering spray in the air.
