NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- A 24-year-old fan of country music star Taylor Swift is facing charges involving trespassing on the singer’s property just months after being arrested for similar charges in Colorado.

Jacob Nicholas Kulke, a native of Wisconsin, was arrested last week after investigators found the man inside a property owned by Swift.

Kulke is being held at the Hill Detention Center in Davidson County, Tennessee from the incident. FOX31 Denver has learned before Kulke’s December arrest, the man had been arrested at least twice in Colorado for similar circumstances.

In April, Kulke was arrested in Adams County in connection with a robbery where the victim found the suspect hiding out in a Thornton garage.

"After the cops got him, they said he's obviously on something,” said Jonathan Carruth, the robbery victim.

The break-in, where police say Kulke tried to make off with sneakers, resulted in a burglary charge.

Records show before the arrest in Tennessee, Kulke was charged with second degree burglary. On Wednesday, Denver Police confirmed Kulke was also arrested in May for an assault inside Denver Health Medical Center.

Following the charges in Tennessee, Kulke is expected to return to Colorado to face a judge for a probation violation.
