DENVER – Police have arrested a suspect who investigators believe is responsible for a fire involving three townhomes in Lakewood.

Robert Calron Lohman, 41, is being charged with multiple counts of arson and reckless endangerment, said Lt. Bill Maron.

The fire happened at the Second Villa West Townhomes at 8378 West Virginia Avenue on Feb. 15.

Police said someone started a fire on the rear patio of the suspect’s home around 2 a.m. The fire spread to other townhomes and storage buildings, Maron said.

Lohman’s family and other people were sleeping when the fire started, he said.

No motive for the arson has been released.
