Have you heard of the Maternity Mansion? It's in Chino Hills, Calif. and they are charging women, most of them from China, high prices to give birth in the United States.

The reason? It essentially buys American citizenship for their babies.

It’s all legal because the 14th Amendment guarantees citizenship to all children born or naturalized in the United States.

The neighborhood surrounding the mansion is fighting to have it shut down.  Packages at the Maternity Mansion range from $5,000 to $15,000. The company is calling it a “worthwhile” investment to women hoping to have an American baby.
