LA PLATA COUNTY, Colo. — Investigators searching for missing 13-year-old Dylan Redwine in southwestern Colorado turned their attention to the home of the boy’s father Thursday.

Authorities with the La Plata County Sheriff’s Office say Mark Redwine is not a suspect in his son’s disappearance. They were just looking for clues that could lead them to Dylan.

They haven’t said if they found anything helpful at his father’s house. Mark Redwine says he had nothing to do with Dylan’s disappearance.

The teenager was last seen November 19 while visiting his father during Thanksgiving week.

The last place Dylan was seen was near the house in Vallecito.

The Colorado Bureau of Investigation and FBI set up tents and a trailer outside the house while investigators made trips in and out. They also towed Mark Redwine’s two pickup trucks from the property.

Redwine has allowed searches of his property previously.

Dylan’s mother, Elaine Redwine, lives in Colorado Springs. She last heard from him the day before he disappeared when he sent a text message saying he arrived at the Durango-La Plata County Airport.

Police have said the do not believe Dylan is a runaway.
