More than half of registered voters in Colorado voted early or used mail ballots

Polling places appeared to be less crowded for most of the day in Colorado. There were reports of lines at some places as polls closed at 7 p.m. Anyone in line when the polls closed was guaranteed to be able to vote.

More than half of the registered voters either voted early or mailed in their ballots.
