New research shows that tens of thousands of men spend up to five hours a day watching porn. That amounts to about 35 hours a week.

Psychologists say spending that much time viewing pornography has a crippling effect on relationships, and the addiction tends to get worse over time.

Sex Therapist Dr. Neil Cannon stopped by the studio to talk about the growing trend.

Cannon said a porn addiction falls into the behavioral category -- like a gambling or video game addiction. He also explained how much viewing may be too much, if the practice should be considered cheating and where to seek treatment if you think its a problem.
